Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is open for a part-time role at a middle school located in Derry, NH. This contract role runs for a full semester, beginning as soon as possible and concluding on June 17, 2026. This opportunity offers 20 hours per week, requiring onsite presence to provide direct support to students.
Key Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Strong preference for candidates with prior school-based experience
- Current and active NH state licensure for SLP practice
- Completion of district fingerprinting processes is mandatory
- Candidates with experience as Clinical Fellows (CF) who demonstrate strong school-based skills may be considered
- Ability to participate in a Zoom interview as part of the selection process
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services tailored to middle school students individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to integrate therapy goals within the school environment
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all relevant district and state regulations
- Engage in ongoing communication with families and educational teams to support student progress
