Registered Nurse (RN) - Group Home | $33-$35/hr | Flexible Weekday Schedule | Afton, MN

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, daytime hours (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM)

What You'll Do:

Provide care and oversight for clients in a licensed group home

Monitor resident health and implement care plans

Administer medications and complete documentation/charting

Schedule and follow up on medical appointments

Assist with transitions, new resident onboarding, and training staff

Collaborate with the care team to ensure top-quality client outcomes
Requirements:
-
Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Minnesota

Graduate of accredited nursing program
-
Strong communication and decision-making skills
-
Comfortable working with aging, disabled, or mentally ill adults

Must pass a MN DHS background check
-
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet as needed
