Required Qualifications:
- Current and active MA DESE School Psychologist license
- Experience providing psychological support in school settings
- Ability to conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and collaborate with teachers and families
- Strong communication skills with both students and staff
- Commitment to fostering positive, inclusive learning environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer psychological evaluations, behavioral interventions, and crisis support for elementary and middle school students
- Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and families to develop and implement effective individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Act as an advocate for students’ emotional well-being and academic progress
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Provide recommendations and strategies to promote positive behavior and academic success
