Job DescriptionShipping and Receiving Clerk
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Shipping and Receiving Clerk for a company based in Decatur, AL. In this role, you will be responsible for performing efficiently in a warehouse environment by handling incoming and outgoing deliveries.
Pay Rate
$18.00 per hour
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 7 00 am to 3 30 pm or until work is complete.
Shipping and Receiving Clerk Duties and Responsibilities
• Keep files of goods shipped and received by use of a WMS database format.
• Maintain all inventory information in warehouse database.
• Fill out any paperwork necessary for the warehouse, drivers, and customers.
• Inspect items for damage when received and prior to packing for shipment.
• Shift between multiple customers receiving and delivering.
Shipping and Receiving Clerk Qualifications and Requirements
• Impeccable attention to detail.
• Knowledge of oracle systems is a plus.
• Proficient in using RF scanners.
• Proficient in using Excel files and other Microsoft systems.
• Previous experience in shipping and receiving or warehouse operations.
