Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to provide support within a K-8 public school district in Saint Johns, FL. Multiple part-time and full-time positions are available for the 2025-2026 academic year, with flexible scheduling options to accommodate itinerant assignments across multiple elementary schools.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services to students ranging from Pre-K through 8th grade.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to support student communication goals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and district standards.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Current Florida Department of Health (DOH) license for Speech Language Pathology is required.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred.
  • Experience working with school-aged children in K-12 settings.
  • Ability to manage caseloads across multiple sites, including itinerant work as needed.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Ocean Palms Elementary (Pre-K5)
  • Crookshank Elementary (Pre-K5)
  • Cunningham Creek Elementary (Pre-K5)
  • Patriot Oaks Academy (K8)
  • Durbin Creek Elementary (Pre-K5) maternity coverage through May

Positions offer varying schedules, generally 2 to 5 days per week, with some opportunities for renewal beyond the current school year.
