This opportunity is for a Special Education Teacher working within a high school resource setting, specializing in either Special Education English or Math. The position is a contract lasting for the 2024-2025 school year, with a start date of August 11, 2024, and ending May 29, 2025. The role requires a commitment of 37.5 hours per week across five days.
Key Qualifications:
- Montana Special Education Certification required; candidates with pending certifications who will apply for Montana certification are welcome to apply.
- Experience working with high school-aged students in a special education setting.
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans tailored to student needs.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with students, families, and school staff.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instruction in resource settings focusing on either English or Math for special education students.
- Collaborate with team members to assess student progress and adjust educational strategies accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
