Job Overview:
As a Technician at NewcoUSA, you will be integral in delivering high-quality service and support to our clients. Your role will involve troubleshooting, repairs, and installations across various systems and equipment. The ideal candidate will blend technical expertise with strong problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Repair, rebuild, renew, and upgrade all types of heated and unheated adhesive, sealant, and paint delivery systems, including, but not limited to, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical components.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed and inventory used.
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
- 5+ years of maintenance, diagnostic, and troubleshooting experience - mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and/or electrical. (Preferred)
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, or HVAC systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adhere to all safety procedures.
- Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
