Job Overview:
As a Technician at NewcoUSA, you will be integral in delivering high-quality service and support to our clients. Your role will involve troubleshooting, repairs, and installations across various systems and equipment. The ideal candidate will blend technical expertise with strong problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Repair, rebuild, renew, and upgrade all types of heated and unheated adhesive, sealant, and paint delivery systems, including, but not limited to, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical components.
  • Maintain accurate records of service performed and inventory used.
  • Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
  • 5+ years of maintenance, diagnostic, and troubleshooting experience - mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and/or electrical. (Preferred)
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, or HVAC systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adhere to all safety procedures.
  • Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
