About the Role:
Kinderhook Early Learning Center, LLC (KELC) is seeking a full-time Assistant Early Childhood Teacher to join our team in Marietta, PA. We are open Monday - Friday from 6:30am - 6pm. We are closed on the Weekends and all major holidays. KELC offers a supportive and nurturing environment, and we are looking for passionate individuals who are dedicated to early childhood education.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with developing and/or implementing age-appropriate curriculum
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Observe and document children's development
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized classroom
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred but not required
- CPR and First Aid certification (will provide training if necessary)
- Patient, nurturing, and compassionate demeanor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be available to work the later hours (until 6pm)
