Overview
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Marketing to lead Vozzi’s marketing vision, drive growth, and strengthen our brand presence across sports, entertainment, and beyond. This role will own the entire marketing ecosystem — from demand generation and brand storytelling to lifecycle marketing, tradeshows, and digital strategy.
The ideal candidate is a builder — someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can connect strategy to execution, and knows how to turn marketing into measurable revenue impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Demand Generation

- Own the demand generation strategy to drive qualified pipeline for sales.
- Develop multi-channel campaigns (paid, organic, content, email, events, partnerships) to attract and convert leads.
- Build and optimize lead scoring, nurturing, and attribution systems.
- Brand & Positioning

- Evolve Vozzi’s brand identity, messaging, and visual presence across all channels.
- Ensure consistent, compelling storytelling that differentiates Vozzi in the market.
- Manage PR, content, and partnerships to expand visibility and credibility.
- Lifecycle & Customer Marketing

- Lead marketing initiatives that drive engagement, retention, and expansion among current clients.
- Partner with Customer Success and Sales to turn client wins into stories, testimonials, and case studies.
- Build segmented communication strategies that support the full customer journey.
- Events & Tradeshows

- Own Vozzi’s presence at industry events, conferences, and tradeshows — from strategy to execution.
- Evaluate event ROI and identify new opportunities to expand reach within key verticals.
- Team Leadership & Operations

- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team.
- Oversee marketing technology stack, analytics, and budget allocation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Leadership to align goals and outcomes.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving pipeline growth and measurable marketing ROI.
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS marketing, preferably in sports, entertainment, or fan engagement.
- Excellent communicator and storyteller with strong creative instincts.
- Comfortable in both strategy and execution — willing to roll up your sleeves.
- Experience managing agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
