1. Mobile Service Technician Vision, Mission, Values
● Vision: To provide top notch service to our customers through

● Mission: To encounter a problem and fix the issue using critical
thinking skills. Problems can vary from vehicle problems to
customer problems. To further Club Car of Hilton Head as a
superior level of service not only in the golf car industry, but in
any service industry.
2. Mobile Service Technician Job Responsibilities
a. Onsite service & scheduled repairs four days per week
i. Jobs ranging from:
1. Annual Service
2. Battery Replacement
3. Troubleshooting repairs
4. Warranty/Follow Up Work
5. Charger Repair
6. Provide sales information
7. Fleet Golf Car service
8. Brake repairs
9. Misc. Golf Car Repairs
b. In Shop weekly repairs at least 1 day per week
i. Jobs ranging from:
1. Scheduled Wednesday Team Meetings
2. Suspension Repairs
3. Gas & Diesel equipment repairs
4. Battery replacement
5. Charger Repair
6. Tire Repair
7. Electrical troubleshooting
8. Shop & Equipment Improvements
9. Vehicle & Trailer Improvements
3. Mobile Service Technician Training & Support
a. One-on-One training with current road technicians
b. Provide special equipment necessary to complete tasks or
make job more efficient (i.e. jacks, van accessories, safety
equipment, etc)
c. Sign up for Club Car Technical Training school provided by
Club Car of Hilton Head.
d. Provide access to Service Manuals & Diagnostic Equipment
4. Mobile Service Technician Compensation
a. Hourly Rate: $21/hour
b. Weekly hours 40 hours per week
c. Hours expected (7:30AM - 4:00PM M-F)
