Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and other designated rooms
- Execute specialized floor care tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, waxing, and carpet cleaning to keep surfaces pristine
- Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care
- Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces, appliances, and fixtures according to health guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients and addressing their specific cleaning needs
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment at all times
Experience
- Prior custodial or janitorial experience preferred; hotel housekeeping background highly valued
- Hands-on experience with residential or commercial cleaning tasks such as floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation techniques
- Familiarity with laundry operations and basic cooking skills are advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing housekeeping routines or supervising cleaning staff is a plus but not required
- Knowledge of cleaning supplies, tools, and eco-friendly products to promote safe and effective cleaning practices
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience preferred
- Have General Liability and workers' comp Insurance (Candidate must be Open to acquiring if not)
- Reliable source of transportation
