Salary Range: $72,000 - $117,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement electrical control systems for manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex electrical and automation failures on production lines.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance electrical system reliability, efficiency, and safety.
- Manage electrical aspects of capital projects, including specification, installation, and commissioning.
- Develop and maintain accurate electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and documentation.
- Provide technical support and training to maintenance technicians and production personnel.
- Ensure all electrical installations and modifications comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and HMI development.
- Strong understanding of industrial control systems, automation, and robotics.
- Experience with industrial power distribution, motor controls, and electrical safety standards (e.g., NFPA 70E).
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and diagnose electrical faults in complex manufacturing equipment.
- Knowledge of instrumentation, sensors, and data acquisition systems for process control.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with PLC programming and industrial automation systems.
- Familiarity with robotic systems and their integration into manufacturing lines.
- Knowledge of industrial networking protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, Profinet).
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Arc Flash and NFPA 70E safety training.
