+ About the job:
The Finance Analyst supports the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team by delivering data-driven insights,
financial models, and strategic recommendations. This role partners closely with Sales, Post-Sales, and Product
teams to optimize forecasting, budgeting, and financial performance.
+ We’re looking for someone who:
• Has 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, preferably in a high-growth environment
• Demonstrates advanced skills in financial planning, modeling, and reporting
• Is experienced in data analysis and providing actionable financial insights
• Has worked with budgeting and forecasting tools such as Adaptive Insights
• Understands accounting processes related to month-end and quarter-end close
• Communicates complex financial concepts clearly to cross-functional teams
• (Preferred) Has experience in SaaS or FinTech industries
• (Preferred) Has partnered with Go-to-Market teams on budgeting, forecasting, or performance analysis
• (Preferred) Brings a proactive, improvement-focused mindset and strong interpersonal skills
+ What you’ll do:
• Partner with Sales and Post-Sales leadership to manage budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking
• Build detailed financial models to analyze sales productivity, customer retention, and post-sales efficiency
• Develop and refine subscription revenue forecasts, modeling key metrics such as churn and lifetime value
• Deliver financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership to guide strategic decisions
• Collaborate with Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, and Accounting during close cycles to
ensure accurate reporting
• Drive process improvements and enhance financial data accuracy across departments
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within FP&A and cross-functional teams
