A full-time Staff Pharmacist opportunity is now available in State College, PA. Position Overview:

• Title: Staff Pharmacist (Inpatient & Ambulatory Care)

• Location: State College, PA

• Schedule: Variable days and afternoons, primarily 8-hour day shifts

• Systems: Meditech

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and review patient medication orders with accuracy and clinical appropriateness

• Dispense medications in a timely and precise manner

• Provide accurate and timely drug information to healthcare providers

• Document monitoring and interventions using clinical surveillance and pharmacy systems

• Oversee sterile pounding operations, including high-risk and cytotoxic preparations

• Prepare narcotic infusions and chemotherapy agents

• Perform drug therapy monitoring and pharmacist-managed consults per protocol

• In ambulatory care settings, contribute to medication management through remendations or collaborative practice agreements

Qualifications:

• BS in Pharmacy or PharmD required

• PGY1 residency or at least 3 years of current clinical experience

• Pennsylvania pharmacist license or eligibility to obtain
