In this Full-Time position, you will be responsible for answering customer questions, managing projects and confidently helping our clients.

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls in a friendly manner.
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Document each customer contact in our client management system.
- Greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Take premium payments from customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Remind clients about bills that are coming due.
- Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
- Assess and identify the wants and needs of your customer(s) over the phone.
