Job DescriptionAdelphi is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide on-site speech-language services to students with disabilities at a school in Maryland. The ideal candidate will support K–12 students and/or Infant & Toddler populations based on IEP, IFSP, student, family, and school/program needs.

Requirements:
• Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathology license
• Experience with pediatric, school-based, and IEP-related services preferred
• Familiarity with early intervention service delivery and family/caregiver coaching preferred
Responsibilities:
• Screen and assess students with suspected speech and language disabilities
• Develop and implement IEP goals and speech-language service plans
• Provide direct, individual, and/or group speech-language therapy services
• Communicate with teachers, parents, and educational teams regarding student progress
• Attend IEP meetings and participate in special education decision-making
• Maintain lesson plans, service logs, progress notes, and required documentation
• Any other duties as assigned within scope
