Job Description
We are seeking a Personal Lines CSR to become a part of our team at our local family business! In this role, you will be a licensed Ohio Property &amp; Casualty Agent who handles incoming calls/emails for clients that are calling in about their policy details, claims, billing questions, or new policy updates. In addition, you are responsible for reviewing and handling annual renewals. This is a Hybrid position (in office and remote).
Responsibilities:

<li>Enthusiastic and warm phone etiquette</li>
<li>Submitting and following up with claims</li>
<li>Review renewals annually</li>
<li>Handling incoming calls and emails daily</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:

<li>Previous experience in insurance</li>
<li>Experience in customer service</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Deadline and detail-oriented</li>
