- $46,000 - $55,000 per year as new employee, depending on experience (performance raises available, after hire)
Position SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented Revenue Cycle Associate to join the Corporate Revenue Cycle team. This role is ideal for a professional looking to make a measurable impact on financial health and operational efficiency within a large-scale clinical environment.
In this role, you will conduct detailed analyses of financial and operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You will be responsible for delivering statistical reporting projects, providing written analysis for executive review, and identifying enhancements for revenue cycle processes. This position plays a critical role in auditing accounts receivable and collaborating with various departments to resolve outstanding financial issues.Key Responsibilities
- Data & Reporting: Assist in preparing financial and operational metrics, ensuring data quality and accuracy while meeting strict delivery deadlines.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze financial data sets to identify root cause drivers of variances; identify trends and work with internal departments to resolve issues.
- Executive Presentation: Create high-quality presentation materials that summarize key projects, financial issues, and reporting metrics for leadership.
- Compliance: Adhere to data integrity and controllership protocols, including compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls.
- Collaboration: Participate in cross-functional meetings with Finance and Clinical Administration to understand revenue cycle drivers and develop action plans for improvement.
- Process Improvement: Review operational business processes to identify opportunities for improved financial outcomes and support auditing efforts.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field OR a High School Diploma/GED with two (2) years of related professional experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (specifically advanced spreadsheet applications) and with PeopleSoft General Ledger are required.
- Competencies: Strong analytical skills, a customer-focused approach to service delivery, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
