Position Overview
We are seeking a Production Manager to join our division. No prior experience is required—we will train you from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, process-driven, and excited to lead teams in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
Success in this position comes from strong organizational skills, leadership ability, and a natural curiosity about production processes.

Training & Career Development Path
Phase 1: Hands-On Production Training (First Few Months)
You will spend your time learning all aspects of the production floor to build a strong foundation in manufacturing operations:
- Operate CNC Zund cutting equipment
- Perform hand glue assembly
- Laminate materials and assist with metal cutting
- Read and interpret shop drawings, CAD files, and production packets
Phase 2: Team Leadership & Quality Control
After mastering production fundamentals, you will transition into a leadership role:
- Direct and guide team members on production jobs
- Ensure high-quality output and continuous improvement
- Monitor daily production goals and team quotas
- Manage team dynamics and resolve conflicts effectively
Phase 3: Scheduling & Operations Management
In the final phase, you will take on broader management responsibilities:
- Train under leadership to manage production scheduling
- Coordinate between the production floor and project management team
- Ensure efficient workflow and timely project completion
