Core Responsibilities
- Pull material per production document
- Dry material per documentation
- Accurate in/out of inventory transactions
- Making boxes
- Floor backup
- Housekeeping
- Set up workstation per documentation
- Back up on all floor duties
- Process methods and quality improvements / FABW
- Line clear and return to stock of all materials at end of run
- Cleaning out hoppers
- Complete daily forklift checklist
- Write action forms
- Write internal work orders
- Correct methods or processes not running to documentation
- Understand company quality policy and general safety rules for all employees
- Other duties as assigned
Physical Responsibilities
- Routine lifting of up to 50 pounds
- Required to walk, stand or sit up to 8 hours per day
- Good vision is required for visual inspection of material and inventory documents
- Repetitive bending, stooping, or twisting
- Occasional reaching, kneeling
Communication/Organizational Skills
- Basic reading and writing
- Basic math skills – ability to count
- Ability to verbally communicate to many different levels within the organization
