Among the pre-requisites of this position are:

• Customer service mentality
• Comfort and experience with computers (windows based)
• Basic skills using mobile devices such as cell phone and tablet
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• General directional knowledge of the Dallas-Ft. Worth Metroplex

Job duties include:

• Utilize windows-based dispatching software
• Manage reservations from assignment and completion.
• Match appropriate equipment and chauffeurs per client needs.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and fellow employees alike.
• Manage active and pending trips within specified time slots
• Provide phone and email support as may be needed
• Oversee compliance with regulatory and statutory policies as may be needed
