Job Description
We are hiring a General Production Worker to join our team! You will operate print production and fulfillment equipment, as well as perform hand work for specialty tasks.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Operate print and fulfillment machinery and equipment</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and repair any mechanical failures</li>
<li>Perform routine preventative maintenance</li>
<li>Adhere to safety policies and procedures</li>
<li>Maintain quality and efficiency standards</li>
</ul>
Required Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Ability to lift 50lbs</li>
<li>Dexterity for hand work</li>
<li>Attention to detail and quality</li>
<li>Desire to learn the technical aspects of the machinery used to assist in repairs/adjustments</li>
<li>60 hours/week 6 days/week required availability between Dec 15th and January 5th, no exceptions (Christmas day and new years day off)</li>
<li>Pass a background check to align with HIPPA standards</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in production, manufacturing or other related fields</li>
<li>Familiarity with manufacturing machinery and equipment</li>
<li>Experience in print manufacturing and DataCard equipment</li>
<li>Understanding of Medicare fraud waste and abuse policies</li>
<li>Forklift Certification</li>
</ul>
