Pay: This plumber position offers competitive pay of $27–$35 per hour plus performance incentives and commission.

YOUR SCHEDULE

This is a full-time plumber position with a consistent schedule of Monday–Friday, 7 AM–4 PM. Employees report to a central location each morning before heading to job sites.

YOUR DAY

As our Experienced Plumbing Installation Tech, you'll be responsible for installing water heaters, tankless systems, filtration systems, PRVs, sump pumps, expansion tanks, and fixtures. You'll also perform whole-home repipes, sewer and water service line replacements, and ensure every job adheres to manufacturer specifications, local codes, and company standards. After verifying system functionality, you'll educate customers on their new systems, ensuring satisfaction and confidence in the service provided.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of plumbing experience (installation focus preferred)

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Proficiency with residential plumbing systems, water heaters, and fixture installs

• Ability to lift 75+ lbs. and work in attics, crawlspaces, and tight areas

• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude

• Excellent customer communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
