Graphic Designer (Part-Time, In-Office)
JEI Learning Centers, a leading global provider and franchisor of supplementary education programs through its network of franchised learning centers, is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our corporate team.
This role is ideal for a creative who loves design first—but also understands how design supports marketing goals. You’ll create polished digital and print materials, maintain brand consistency across audiences, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors/agencies to support corporate initiatives and franchisee marketing.
This role may be perfect for you if you're looking to take the next step in your career and take on an opportunity and build it into something much more within the JEI organization. This is an in-office, part-time position Monday through Friday (9:00 AM to 3:00 PM EST) with an unpaid one-hour lunch (approximately 25 hours/week).
What You’ll Do
Design & Creative Production (Primary Focus)
- Design and produce high-quality marketing assets across digital and print, including:
-
- Social media graphics (end-user and franchise development)
- Flyers, brochures, posters, signage, and in-center materials
- Digital ads, banners, landing page graphics, and email visuals
- Sales decks, one-pagers, and franchise marketing kits
- Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all touchpoints (typography, color, layout, tone, imagery).
- Create and manage reusable templates in Adobe and/or Canva to support speed and consistency across teams and franchisees.
- Prepare production-ready files for print and coordinate with print vendors on specifications, proofs, and timelines.
- Provide constructive creative feedback on designs (yours and others) to ensure clarity, quality, and alignment with brand standards.
Marketing Support & Collaboration (Secondary Focus)
- Support corporate marketing initiatives by translating strategy into effective creative that drives engagement and conversions.
- Oversee or contribute to content efforts across channels including social media, website content, and press releases (in partnership with internal stakeholders).
- Collaborate with C-level executives and the web development team to ensure creative aligns with business goals and user experience needs.
- Provide ongoing marketing support to franchisees, including guidance on creative usage, customization, and best practices.
- Assist with planning and executing corporate marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions.
Vendor & Campaign Coordination
- Act as a liaison with external vendors (print, digital, freelancers) to ensure deadlines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
- Serve as a point of contact for digital agencies (SEO, Local SEO, PPC) and related vendors—communicating needs clearly and helping evaluate whether goals are being met.
- Support budget tracking and reporting for corporate marketing spend when needed.
Reporting & Analytics (Light but Important)
- Help report on creative and campaign performance using available analytics and platform insights.
- Use performance data to refine creative direction and propose improvements (messaging, formats, audience targeting ideas, etc.).
