Role Summary
Mariposa Home Care is seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented Customer Service & Client Acquisition Manager to drive significant business growth. This role is not a typical administrative or customer support position; it requires a fearless, proactive, and driven individual responsible for generating new revenue, converting leads, and ensuring superior service from the initial client contact. The successful candidate will own the entire client journey, from first call to client closing, with a primary focus on acquisition and sales.

Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 + Performance Incentives/Commission (Part-time option considered)
