Job DescriptionCDR ProSource is seeking Manufacturing Floor Tech Operator to support production operations for a growing manufacturing facility in the Coldwater, MI area. Job Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Location: Coldwater, MI Area
• Pay Rate: $17.00 – $25.00 per hour
• Pay based on experience and skill level

Available ShiftsDay Shift

• Monday – Thursday
• 5:45 AM – 6:00 PM / 7:30 AM (depending on operational needs)
• Consistent 10–12 hour shifts
• Long weekends off

Night Shift

• Monday – Thursday
• 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Consistent 10–12 hour shifts
• Long weekends off
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily production operations on the manufacturing floor.
• Operate and monitor production equipment.
• Maintain equipment efficiency and performance.
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred (entry-level candidates willing to learn are encouraged to apply).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to stand and work on your feet for 10–12 hour shifts.
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
• Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented.
