Responsibilities:
• Process a high volume of invoices, averaging 150+ per day, with precision and timeliness.
• Match purchase orders to invoices and ensure proper electronic workflow processing.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Utilize computer skills to efficiently manage data entry and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to address and resolve payment-related issues.
• Demonstrate problem-solving abilities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
• Uphold high standards of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Adapt quickly to new systems and procedures, showcasing a proactive approach to learning.
• Support the team by contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Utilize Oracle Cloud and Microsoft Excel as needed in daily operations.• 2-5 years of experience in accounts payable, including invoice entry and purchase order matching.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume invoice processing with accuracy.
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to catch on to processes quickly.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and numeric data entry.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
• Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities to collaborate with team members and vendors.
