Job DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Calabasas, California. In this role, you will provide essential support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations by performing a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, meticulous, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate parties, providing excellent customer service.
• Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date records and databases.
• Assist with general office administrative duties, including filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, handling receptionist duties with care and efficiency.
• Support team members by organizing and maintaining office supplies and documentation.
• Coordinate meetings and appointments, ensuring schedules are efficiently managed.
• Process and handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.• Proven experience in administrative assistance or a related role.
• Strong ability to answer inbound calls and manage phone systems effectively.
• Proficiency in performing data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with general administrative office procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for receptionist duties.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
