We are looking for an energetic and friendly person to add to our customer service team to assist with glass repair sales and scheduling. Bennett Glass and Mirror is a long valued business in the Quad-Cities and is in need of additional help to keep up with demand.
The ideal candidate would be a self starter and quick learner. Prior exposure to automotive parts and/or construction processes is a plus and will be heavily weighed in determining starting pay.
The basic job duties include attending glass repair inquiries (via email, phone, and in store customers), assisting customers with pricing and scheduling services, maintaining inventory, billing, and accounts receivable.
Must be able to work on your feet for the majority of the day, lift 50 lbs regularly, work under stressful scenarios, and maintain the highest level of customer service and attention to detail at all times.
