Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Recruiter to join our HR team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about connecting talent with opportunity and who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You’ll play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and engaging top candidates to support our firm’s continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview logistics.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Assist with job postings, offer letters, and onboarding coordination.
- Promote the firm’s employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with ATS (UKG) platforms and sourcing tools.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively.
- HR or recruiting certification is a plus.
