The company was established in 1965 and based in Indianapolis, IN, operates additional offices in Evansville, IN, and St. Louis, MO. They serve Indiana, Kentucky, southern Illinois, and eastern Missouri, specializing in HVAC hydronic specialties, plumbing, wastewater and water valving, electrical, fire protection, seismic and vibration control, and industrial valving and accessories.
We are currently seeking to hire an Outside Sales Rep to join our growing team!
Responsibilities:
- Meeting with sales management team weekly to present accurate reports
- Driving revenue and conversion for the division
- Continually enhance sales skills and product knowledge in order to promote a professional image in the field
- Obtain all licensing required to perform job function, as applicable
- Execute all Company processes and complete all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain relationships with customers ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services at all times
- Work with other branch personnel to ensure great customer service from the order to the delivery and beyond
- Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
- Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
- Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
- Report on team and individual performance
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
- Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to build rapport with clients
