PROJECT MANAGEMENT DIRECTOR
The Project Manager is an entry-level leadership role responsible for overseeing client engagements, managing relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of deliverables. This role combines accounting expertise with strong communication and organizational skills to deliver high-quality, white-glove service to clients while supporting business growth initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Engagement Oversight

Lead kickoff calls, gather required documents and system logins, manage systems setup and updates.

Facilitate regular cadence meetings and ensure timely completion of monthly NOW Checks (or as needed).

Act as lead for consultants on engagements, ensuring every engagement receives a high level of “white glove” service.
Client Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned engagements, leading weekly meetings to review budgets, deliverables, and timelines while coordinating with internal consulting teams.

Ensure compliance with corporate processes in BizVue to maintain accurate and timely invoices.

Address and resolve billing disputes promptly, escalating when appropriate.

Review client satisfaction surveys, take corrective action when issues arise, and implement improvements as needed.
Quality Assurance

Maintain accuracy and consistency across all deliverables, balancing high-level project oversight with attention to detail.

Monitor consultant performance to ensure adherence to project plans and client expectations.
Growth & Retention

Identify opportunities to extend engagements and upsell additional services, including placements, subscription staffing, and flat-fee arrangements.

Meet or exceed upsell quota targets (e.g., X% of assigned clients engaged in additional services annually).

Proactively build strong client relationships to increase satisfaction and reduce churn.
Revenue Contribution

Contribute to firm revenue through successful engagement execution and growth initiatives.
Execution Support

Maintain weekly data tracking processes and monitor consultant performance.

Assist in a smooth onboarding process by ensuring all client onboarding forms are completed and shared with the client in a timely manner.

Assist with training new consultants on company systems and processes and hold follow up mini trainings as needed to ensure compliance with corporate regulations.

Review, edit, and format assessments and SOPs created by consultants before sending to the client.
QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in business, English, accounting, or a related field.

Strong organizational, communication, and relationship management skills.

Strong written communication skills including copy editing

Ability to balance multiple engagements while meeting deadlines.

Excellent people management skills, particularly in resolving conflict.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Background in data analytics

Sales experience

Formatting experience in storyline, Microsoft word, and Adobe products

Prior accounting knowledge
METRICS FOR CLIENT RETENTION

Client Satisfaction Score (CSAT): Maintain an average score of = 90% on client surveys.

Engagement Renewal Rate: Achieve = 85% renewal or extension of existing engagements.

Upsell Rate: Meet target of 20% increase in services sold to existing clients annually.

Cadence Meeting Compliance: Maintain 95%+ on-time cadence meeting completion rate.

Issue Resolution Time: Resolve client issues or disputes within 5 business days.

Revenue Growth from Existing Clients: Achieve 5% revenue growth from the assigned book of business year-over-year.
**While this is a Project Manager role and responsibilities, internally, the role will be titled, "Project Management Director"**
