Role: Program Director (PD)
Location: Washington, DC (On-site)
Duration: 12+ Months (Contract)
Personnel Qualifications:
- Contractor shall appoint a (PD) to serve as the primary interface to the Program Manager, CO and COR.
- The PD shall maintain supervisory control over all personnel assigned to perform work under this contract.
- The PD shall also serve as the point of contact for hiring new contractor staff, performances issues and concerns for the COR and other leadership in OHR/OBIC/OAM.
- The PD must possess a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in managing human resources operation projects and a minimum of ten (10) experience working in multiple HR functional areas to include but not limited to staffing, classification, human capital management, employee relations, human resources systems.
- Must be knowledgeable in HR laws, regulations, and policies and ensures they are effectively applied in all HR matters.
- The PD must possess the ability to lead teams and manage expectations, set priorities for multiple USCP clients.
- Develop project plans in collaboration with Program Managers and stakeholders to execute various HR projects including scope, deliverables, required resources, and timelines.
- Strong customer orientation, excellent conflict management skills and problem-solving skills.
- The appointed PD is not included in labor categories and should be considered non-billable.
