About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Strategic Account Growth Representative to join our dynamic inside sales team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for taking ownership of and strategically growing a portfolio of existing key accounts previously managed by our Director of Sales. This is an exciting opportunity to build strong, lasting relationships, identify expansion opportunities, and drive significant revenue growth within established partnerships. You will leverage your sales expertise to understand client needs, present tailored solutions, and consistently exceed expectations.
Responsibilities:

Proactive Account Management: Take ownership of a designated portfolio of key accounts previously managed by the Director of Sales, acting as the primary point of contact.

Strategic Growth Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans to identify and capitalize on opportunities for revenue growth within existing customer relationships.

Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within assigned accounts through proactive communication (phone, email, virtual meetings).

Needs Analysis: Thoroughly understand the evolving needs, challenges, and business objectives of assigned accounts.

Value-Based Solutions: Leverage deep product knowledge to articulate value-focused solutions that address client needs and drive adoption of our offerings.

Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services within existing accounts.

Sales Pipeline Management: Effectively manage and progress opportunities within your assigned accounts through the sales lifecycle.

Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) focused on account growth and retention.

CRM Maintenance: Maintain accurate, timely, and comprehensive records of all account interactions, opportunities, and progress within the CRM system.

Internal Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and support teams to ensure alignment on account strategies and to facilitate exceptional customer experiences.

Post-Sale Engagement: Provide proactive post-sale support and engagement to ensure customer satisfaction, foster long-term loyalty, and identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals.
What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of proven inside sales or strategic account management experience (B2B preferred).

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and confidently.

Strong strategic thinking skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute account growth plans.

A goal-oriented and results-driven mindset with a strong passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple account effectively.

Proficiency in using CRM tools (We are a user HubSpot to manage accounts and track progress.

A proactive and positive attitude, strong team player mentality, and a continuous learning mindset.
