Pay: $19.00/hour
Night Shift: Earn a 10% shift differential

Schedule
This role works a 12-hour rotating schedule.
Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, plus 10% shift differential
2-Week Rotation:
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday
You will work 7 days in a 14-day period, giving you steady full-time hours plus built-in days off.
What You’ll Do
As a Machine Operator, you will help keep production running safely and efficiently. You will be trained to:

Operate and monitor production equipment

Load materials and support machine operations
-
Perform quality checks and inspections
-
Use basic measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers

Assist with machine setup and adjustments
-
Follow safety, quality, and production standards
-
Work with your team to meet daily production goals
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for reliable, motivated people who are ready to learn.
You may be a good fit if you have experience in:

Manufacturing

Warehouse work

Production
-
Assembly
-
Forklift operation
-
Construction, landscaping, retail stockroom, food service, or other hands-on work
Helpful but not required:

Basic computer skills

Mechanical aptitude

Experience with forklifts, micrometers, or calipers
Physical Requirements
This is an active manufacturing role. Candidates must be able to:

Lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs

Stand, walk, bend, and climb throughout the shift

Use handheld production tools

Work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed
Additional Requirements

Must pass a pre-employment drug screen

Must be dependable and able to work the assigned rotating schedule

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
