We are looking for a bilingual (Spanish, English), friendly, organized, and dependable Chiropractic Assistant / Front Desk Coordinator to join our clinic team. This person will be the first point of contact for patients and will help keep the office running smoothly each day.
The ideal candidate is professional, warm with patients, comfortable multitasking, and able to stay calm in a busy clinical setting.
- Greeting patients and making them feel welcome
- Answering phone calls, voicemails, texts, and emails
- Scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming patient appointments
- Checking patients in and out
- Collecting payments and helping with basic billing questions
- Verifying patient information, insurance, and paperwork
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Assisting the doctor and clinical team with patient flow
- Keeping the front desk and reception area clean and organized
- Helping with office tasks such as scanning, filing, faxing, and data entry
- Communicating clearly with patients, attorneys, insurance companies, and other offices when needed
- Supporting the clinic with other administrative or patient-care tasks as assigned
