We are currently seeking a Lead Electrician to join our growing team. Your expertise will be vital in leading both commercial and residential projects. Responsibilities include not only hands-on electrical work but also project oversight and team supervision.

What you will do:
- Lead a team of electricians in completing electrical projects
- Work closely with Project Management and other trades to complete scope of work
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in accordance with local and national electrical codes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine wiring layouts and specifications
- Install electrical wiring, fixtures, a
- Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers, to identify hazards or defects
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform repairs or replacements as needed
- Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, or components using test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem
- Ensure that work is in accordance with relevant codes
- Train and mentor junior electricians
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working on job sites
Requirements:
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of proven experience as an electrician in various settings (residential and commercial preferred)
- Must have an active journeyman or master electrician license.
- GED or High School Diploma
- Knowledge of electrical systems, power tools, hand tools, and equipment used in the trade
- Understanding of the National Electrical Code, local codes, and construction safety requirements.
- Leadership abilities and willingness to mentor junior electricians
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for electrical work
- Able to physically perform the essential functions of the job.
- Ability to pass background check and motor vehicle record check
