Commerical Lines - Product Manager

Davies Group Insurance sector is seeking a highly technical, hands-on Commercial Lines Product Manager to lead the development of innovative commercial lines insurance programs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in product creation, enhancement, and implementation, with a proven track record in delivering products that drive market growth and meet regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end development of new commercial lines insurance programs.
• Analyze market data, competitor filings, and industry trends to identify opportunities.
• Ensure products meet ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and customer needs.
• Drive the filing process through SERFF and IRFS systems.
• Collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, compliance, IT, and marketing teams to deliver product solutions.
• Develop and execute product strategies that align with business growth goals.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time and accurate delivery.
• Present strategies and results to stakeholders and leadership teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in Commercial Lines product management within the insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of ISO rules, forms, and regulatory filing processes.
• Demonstrated experience with SERFF and IRFS filings.
• Deep P&C insurance knowledge, with hands-on commercial lines product development background.
• Strong data analysis and product ROI delivery experience.
• Excellent written/verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word).
• Preferred: CPCU or equivalent insurance designation.
