This regional CDL-A position is designed for drivers who value routine, reliable miles, and straightforward work. The focus is on keeping trucks moving, pay predictable, and home time consistent.

Position snapshot

• Regional routes with steady freight flow
• Average weekly miles between 2,100 and 2,300
• Bi-weekly home time with a 34–48 hour reset
• Truck assigned to the driver with no slip seating
• Freight is no-touch with frequent drop and hook

Pay structure

• Mileage pay ranges from $0.43 to $0.58 CPM based on experience
• Weekly earnings typically fall between $1,200 and $1,500+
• Drivers running higher miles regularly reach up to $1,800 per week
• Monthly performance incentives available up to $0.08 CPM
• Orientation pay of $300 with travel and hotel provided

Training path for new CDL-A drivers

• Paid 4–6 week mentor program
• Training runs include regional and Western OTR lanes
• Solo drivers earn $1,200–$1,500 per week after upgrade

Driver requirements
