We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented General Office Clerk to join our team on a contract basis. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and coordinate product samples for distribution to prospective customers.

• Assist in the creation and development of new food products to expand the company's offerings.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement innovative ideas.

• Gain a basic understanding of food concepts and apply this knowledge to daily responsibilities.

• Perform back-office tasks such as document scanning and record maintenance.

• Conduct testing and preparation related to product samples.

• Support various administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations

• Previous experience in back-office support or administrative roles.
• Familiarity with sample preparation and product testing processes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel to the Linden facility once a month.
• Educational background in biology or chemistry is advantageous.
• Experience in the restaurant or food industry is a plus.
• Proficiency with basic office equipment and software tools.
