Working in a state-of-the-art oncology unit provides exceptional exposure to diverse workplace practices and collaborative leadership styles. Schedule/Hours:
- 36 hours per week (with flexibility for 42/48 hours if preferred)
- 16-week assignment
- ROT (rotation) shift structure
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Minimum of one year recent MS Oncology experience
- Current Chemotherapy Certification required
- Telemetry proficiency
- Strong communication skills for effective interdisciplinary collaboration
- Flexibility to adapt to rotating shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional care to oncology patients, including chemotherapy administration
- Monitor, assess, and document patient progress and responses
- Utilize telemetry to support patient safety and clinical outcomes
- Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and allied health professionals
- Educate and support patients and families throughout treatment cycles
