Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Associate to join our dynamic team. This hybrid position will involve working closely with high net worth individuals (HNWI) and providing expert guidance on tax compliance and trust matters. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional tax services and developing tailored strategies for our diverse client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review complex tax returns for high net worth individuals, trusts, and corporations.
- Provide tax planning and compliance services to clients, ensuring adherence to regulations and maximizing tax efficiency.
- Advise clients on estate planning, partnership structures, and S Corporation tax implications.
- Conduct research on tax issues and stay updated on changes in tax legislation affecting high net worth individuals and their estates.
- Collaborate with other team members to deliver comprehensive tax solutions and exceptional client service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in tax preparation and compliance, with a focus on high net worth individuals and trusts.
- CPA certification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance issues related to corporations, partnerships, and S Corporations.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
