Optimum Therapies of North Dakota, a recognized Physical Therapy leader in the area, currently has an opening for a full-time Patient Care Coordinator to work at our Bismarck clinic.
The Patient Care Coordinator is the first impression that our patients have of Optimum Therapies of North Dakota and will be an integral part of the team in creating and maintaining these relationships. What does a typical day look like?
- Daily communication and interaction with our patients providing them a positive experience
- Scheduling of patients
- Handling incoming calls from physician offices and patients
- Assisting with patient room changes
- Working with a great team who respect and support each other
This position will be approximately 40 hours per week Monday through Friday. Our office hours range from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and we are open Monday through Friday. We support a good work/life balance for our employees so there are no evening or weekend hours!
