Overview
CTG is seeking to fill a Press Operator position for our client.
Location: Eden Prairie, MN
Duration: Permanent Placement
Schedule: Week 1: Mon–Wed, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM, Week 2: Mon–Thu, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (alternating)

Key Responsibilities:
-
Operate and maintain the press to meet production goals
-
Troubleshoot mechanical and print issues quickly and efficiently
-
Monitor job specifications and maintain accurate production records
-
Collaborate with supervisors to optimize workflow and minimize downtime
-
Perform routine maintenance and keep equipment clean
Qualifications:
-
5+ years of Press Operator experience (sheetfed press required)
-
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to work overnight hours and maintain consistent attendance
-
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
-
High school diploma or equivalent (technical training a plus)
Physical Requirements:
-
Standing 90% of the time; walking 10%
-
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
-
Closed-toe shoes required

May have access to confidential files and materials

Regular communication with team members and supervisors required

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $40.00 to $42.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
