Responsibilities:
• Assist customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information in a timely manner.
• Maintain detailed records and prepare reports to ensure accurate documentation of client interactions and account updates.
• Handle inbound calls professionally, demonstrating strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Utilize SAP software to manage data entry and account transactions efficiently.
• Leverage Office tools to create detailed reports and support administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction.
• Follow established procedures for background checks and drug screenings prior to onboarding new team members.
• Adapt quickly to new processes and systems, contributing to the team’s success.
• Uphold a high standard of professionalism in all interactions with clients and colleagues.• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or account management role.
• Proficiency in SAP software for efficient data management.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word, to support reporting and administrative tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to handle inbound calls and address customer needs with professionalism.
