We operate in a high-integrity, results-driven environment where collaboration and ownership are key.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a data-driven Digital Marketing Manager with deep HubSpot expertise to own and optimize our marketing infrastructure and campaign execution.
This is not a generalist role — we are looking for a true HubSpot Subject Matter Expert (SME) who can navigate, audit, optimize, and fully leverage every HubSpot hub (Marketing, Sales, Service, CMS, Operations).
The ideal candidate brings 5–7 years of digital marketing experience, thrives in a performance-driven environment, and can translate strategy into measurable outbound and inbound campaigns that drive pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities:
HubSpot Ownership (SME-Level)
- Serve as the internal HubSpot expert, owning all hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service, CMS, Operations)
- Audit, optimize, and maintain HubSpot architecture, data integrity, and workflows
- Manage segmentation, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, and automation
- Ensure CRM data cleanliness, accuracy, and reporting reliability
- Train internal stakeholders and act as the go-to resource for HubSpot functionality
Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Develop and execute outbound and inbound marketing campaigns (email, sequences, workflows, landing pages)
- Partner with leadership to execute data-driven go-to-market strategies
- Build, launch, and optimize campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and ROI
- Manage website updates, landing pages, and conversion optimization
- Coordinate with external vendors or partners as needed
Data, Analytics & Performance
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, funnel metrics, and pipeline contribution
- Provide clear, actionable insights to leadership
- Continuously optimize based on data, trends, and performance benchmarks
Content & Business Development Support
- Support content strategy, messaging, and campaign alignment
- Assist with webinars, events, and marketing initiatives tied to business development
- Conduct market and prospect research to refine targeting strategies
What We’re Looking For:
- 5–7 years of digital marketing experience (required)
- Advanced, hands-on HubSpot expertise across all hubs (required)
- Proven ability to audit, optimize, and manage HubSpot as a system owner
- Experience executing outbound campaigns and demand generation strategies
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive decisions
- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically (think + execute)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in B2B, consulting, or professional services environments preferred
What Success Looks Like:
- HubSpot is fully optimized, clean, and functioning as a scalable growth engine
- Campaigns consistently generate qualified leads and pipeline
- Leadership has clear visibility into marketing performance and ROI
- Marketing operations run efficiently with strong data integrity
