Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from customers seeking health insurance
- Clearly explain coverage options and benefits
- Guide customers in selecting the most appropriate plan

- Accurately document customer and policy information
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- Comfortable and confident speaking on the phone
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated to succeed
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
