We are seeking a reliable and hard-working Warehouse Worker to join our busy distribution center. This role involves picking, packing, loading, and organizing shipments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and must be available for overtime as needed. Must have proficient Forklift skills.
**Hours:**
8:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Monday -Friday
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
- Pick and fill orders from stock.
- Pack and ship orders accurately and efficiently.
- Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and responsibly.
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks.
- Follow company policies and safety regulations at all times.
- Take direction from the warehouse team lead.
- Support other warehouses or company operations as required by leadership.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven working experience as a warehouse worker or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with modern warehouse practices and methods.
- Ability to operate a forklift is a plus.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods.
