Job Description
We are seeking a skilled electronic assembler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, soldering, and testing circuit boards to ensure they meet quality and production standards. This position requires precision, the ability to follow technical instructions, and a strong understanding of electronic components.
Responsibilities
- Assemble electronic components and circuit boards with precision.
- Perform soldering tasks to ensure connectivity and functionality.
- Conduct testing to verify the quality and performance of circuit boards.
- Follow technical instructions and schematics accurately.
- Utilize hand and power tools effectively in assembly tasks.
- Inspect components and assemblies for defects or issues.
- Troubleshoot any problems that arise during assembly and testing.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in electronic assembly and soldering techniques.
- Experience with mechanical and electrical assembly.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Skillful use of hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
- Familiarity with inspection and troubleshooting processes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with circuit board assembly and SMT.
- Knowledge of IPC standards.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.

Work Environment
Work in a climate-controlled facility with a schedule of 6am to 4pm Monday through Thursday, and potential overtime on Fridays. The role requires the use of various hand and power tools, and adherence to technical instructions and standards.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lakeville, Minnesota.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
