St. Paul Sites: Grand Ave, Fire Station and Highland Park
Schedule: Flexible/Full or Part Time/W2 employee or 1099 independent contractor

In this role, you will utilize your advanced practice skills to diagnose, treat, and consult with patients in the field of mental health. Responsibilities:
- Provides professional clinical services, in the area of mental health, to patients in accordance with all applicable standards of professional conduct, and applicable laws and regulations
- Promptly and thoroughly completes all medical records and any duties necessary to enable and facilitate billing and overall administration in accordance with all applicable standards of professional conduct, and all applicable laws and regulations
- Reviews patient records to determine health status and develops plan of care
- Conducts comprehensive and/or focused assessments, monitors patients’ progress and provides relevant patient education
- Makes referrals as needed to other health professionals and community agencies
- Participates, fully and timely, in quality improvement processes as applicable
- Seeks out and attends appropriate continuing education courses to keep up to date on knowledge
- Participates, fully and timely, in credentialing processes, including CAQH
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with expertise in prescribing mental health disorders along with therapy processes and treatment modalities
- Exceptional clinical and boundary-setting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team productively and effectively
- Maintain and update professional knowledge and proficiency through continuing education, staff meetings, workshops

Additional Details:
Full-time or part-time (FT preferred), 1099 independent contractor or W2 employee positions available.
All pay is commissions-based compensation based on billable services.
Please note: We do not offer salaried positions.
Full benefits package available for W2 providers billing an average of 24+ client hours/week.
Requirements:
Education:
- Master’s degree from an accredited Advanced Practice Registered Nurse school
Certifications:
- Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted license(s) to practice nursing pursuant to the laws in Minnesota
- Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted Advanced Practice Registered Nurse License pursuant to the laws in Minnesota
- Possess and maintain a valid Drug Enforcement Administration (“DEA”) number and all other licenses and certificates that may be lawfully required to prescribe controlled substances
- Ability to possess and maintain adequate/required Professional Liability Insurance policy
- Comply with prescription drug monitoring program regulations, including, but not limited to registration and use
- Possess and maintain all accreditations, certifications, and credentials necessary and appropriate to enable nurse practitioner to perform and to bill for services provided
- Remain a Medicare and Medicaid Provider in Minnesota
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as thorough knowledge about the various medical processes and procedures
- Ability to function well independently, as well as a member of a multidisciplinary team, ability to work productively and effectively
Physical Requirements:
- Manual dexterity to operate office equipment
- May require long periods of sitting and standing
- Must have normal or corrected vision and be able to clearly communicate verbally by phone or in person
- Good communication skills and emotional resilience to provide support to patients facing mental health challenges
